What Do Consumers of Your Goods and Services Want?
Studies and surveys had shown that consumers in ever increasing numbers, are searching online for your goods and services. So it is very important that we understand exactly what they want to know when they do come to our website or even see one of our ads online.
Consumers want:
- Your phone number, they want to connect with you and hear your voice
- Your address, they want to know your location so they can find you
- Your hours of operation, they want to know when they can contact you
- Your website for more details …maybe
Wow and here you thought your customers wanted all the details about your education, family history, your green widgets.. just kidding of course, you knew this right?
So if I go to your website, I will see a big old phone number plastered right on your main page, in huge type, right?
The internet has evolved to do many wonderful things, but your order form or shopping cart can only do so much, have a phone number available so consumers can contact you and connect so they feel good about doing business with you.
